The initial session of a programme is approx. 2 hours, no extra fee is charged.
Payment Details
Consultation fees are always paid at least one session in advance, so the fee for the first session is due at the end of the initial consultation.
You may take advantage of a 10% discount if you pay for 2 or more sessions in advance. A 20% discount is available if you pay for 5 or more sessions in advance.
If travel is required, travel expenses, accommodation and meals are not included and will be billed separately.
No booking can be guaranteed unless payment has been received.
Payment can be made by cheque or cash.
Cancellations, re-scheduling and missed appointments
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling of sessions.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, or if you fail to attend, you will be charged for the session.
